Not a whole lot done on that day

1. some k8r additions
2. oh yeah. I did some “spoken word” thing. It’s for public figure development.

I still have a lot to do, but I’m in the middle of doing it and I’m really in the mode so I don’t want to lose this momentum… even though I’m dead tired.

Some k8r upgrades.

Looked into parts for a new computer.

Lots of stuff to do. So much didn’t get done because I got distracted on k8r and then took a nap and then cleaned and also had to go to school earlier that day to get some class scheduling handled.

I may be getting a new job.

Tomorrow I plan to finish the layout of this damn blog. I need to complete the projects pages… which i’ll be dividing into Games, Websites & Other (bots & software… those sum to 2, they don’t deserve their own category)

Depressing news. 3 of my greatest hits from “back in the day” are no longer playable… thanks to modern OS’s not being compatible. I also don’t have the source code for these things. So That sucks.OH WAIT THERE’S HOPE! PLEASE WORK PLEASE! They are 3 fun games that I think would look great on the project list.

Tomorrow I have work. I also have some loans I have to register for (school).
Christ… why did I go to DeVry… I had no idea about these bullshit costs… I mean SERIOUSLY. I could have gone to GA Tech and paid it off with my OWN money.

Goals Tomorrow

• Get my comp parts ordered ($600)
• Finish k8r (contextual view, animate new message thing)
• Get project site (this site) finished
• map out CDS interface, Surklr interface & integration of the 2
• figure out a name for the CDS

I could have sworn that I had more stuff to do for tomorrow. Then again I do have to realize I have 6.5 hours dedicated to work (the drive is 1.25 hours) & I do have loads of stuff to do.

• OH yeah. Use that GM revival kit thing and try to bring my games back to life. God I hope that works.
• Order Unos … (i’m ordering 1 first… gonna take this step by step)

Still can’t figure out how to operate this project page.

I thought I could insert HTML directly into the theme, but apparently tumblr wont let me. … It nukes the outer theme.

So that’s not fun at all.

I should probably order those damn Uno Arduinos now. … I’ll handle it tomorrow. I still need to look at the possibilities with these things. The megas are like 65 dollars. The Unos are 35. I have to make 2 bots in order for this combat thing to work properly.

Combat bots would get the most publicity.
This is not just a publicity stunt. It’s an exercise too of course.

Everyday I’m going to post what I did for the day. I’m a little late for today (that’s because I’ve been working)

Anyway. I got k8r to it’s … final stage (I might add an auto updater)
The site is horribly adhoc. K8r was my first project I used mySQL on and I just kept adding on to it.

I was supposed to have the ABCB character builder done today. I haven’t even touched it.
Along with 2 evolution simulations.

Maybe I expect too much from myself.
But I have my alarm set so that every night at 9 I post my progress.

Well I’m tired. I spend so much time on this computer.
I hope I get all this shit done this year. 

Oh yeah. Scratching the super fish hole thing.

LKB pointed out that it wont hold.

I need to set up the table that will list my projects. hrm.

I gotta do k8r first. I promised them something new.

I might not be able to do the update alert feature. I’m just gonna add the ability to delete posts and change filters. Yeah. I’m half assing k8r. that’s for sure.

Recent motivation drop this last week. Not sure if I’ve just gotten tired from work or if I’m struggling with hesitation again.
