I’ve known what I’ve wanted to do since the 5th grade, yet I see people leaving highschool unsure…

I’m extremely curious.

I’m not saying they’re broken ( yes I am ) I’m just genuinely curious as to what makes us different. How come I knew, and so many other didn’t?

Well… … … I went to work when I didn’t have to. ( my boss said “come in Monday” … I came in… he said “I said come in Tuesday” … I think the stress is killing his memory )

Yesterday was a fail. I said I’d get my homework done over the weekend. I didn’t.

And now that homework wont get done until tonight. (admittedly I did do a fair bit of it… more than I would have done any other time)

I still have 2 papers to write and 2 quizzes to take.

I’m glad I targeted URLot.us for next weekend.

I also have my project page to complete as well.

I did get the chance to meet someone yesterday. A pretty cool someone. So my week is fantastic now.

I haven’t been posting often in “thoughts” because currently every deep thought that I have pivots around the functionality of Aurakl/Surklr/Mysterious-Project and that is extremely sensitive.
oh wait… I have posted in thoughts … Nevermind. I haven’t really done any DEEP philosophical stuff though.

Right now I’ve chosen “Surklr” but I recently ran into another interesting option.

Aurakl.

I don’t quite like the way the letters fit together (same issue with Surklr, but more so with this new name) but its definition (the definition of the original spelling) is… very appropriate.

So which name do you like more?

Figured out some cool stuff for my site. Still trying to figure out a way to track cause and effect and distinguish things from “so-hap”

yeah… I know that’s vague.

There is also another issue. something may occur within a 5 second window but will have an effect on something that takes place over days. Each second of the first event may heavily dictates a single day of effects.

Linking events and associations will be difficult -_-‘

Then again. I thought tracking trends would be too.

Some key URLot.us code will be recycled for Surklr.

URLot.us is a stepping stone.
I need a stepping stone idea for testing the Surklr API. I’ll probably make my own simple community development system. Something for stories.

Leif K Brooks gave me this idea. To make a site entirely based on community story development.

I hope this will be interesting.

Abree will be using a similar system, but Abree will take WAY TOO LONG to validate the usefulness of the API.

Stepping stones are probably the only way Surklr will come to full fruitioon.

I don’t necessarily want to create a new verb or dominate a character on the keyboard. I do want Surklr to be popular, but I don’t want to make another facebook.(functionality wise)

I don’t want to make another social hub necessarily, but all the mediums of socializing will need to be covered (video, posts, pictures … etc)

Today I’m bogged down with school. Usually when I spend so much of the day working for someone else I end up giving up on myself at the end and just wait for another day.

I also have a robotics meetup later on. So that should be interesting.

There is really an incredible amount that I must accomplish in a very short period of time.

Talked to some female named BitchinBubbles about Surklr… She suggested ideas that I already had…

Anyways. I got to vent about some of the remaining data structure issues. ( I want this site to be PERFECT! )

The issues I’m working with right now are pretty … intense.

All I did yesterday (minus my day job) was edit this site’s layout a tad bit.

I still need to re-do the project page. I need to figure out an entirely different layout for that.

I also need to purchase a recording device. So that I can take notes in more places. Recording notes is so much easier.

Finished my layout… almost

Just have to apply it to all my other pages.

I will also be changing up how the “projects page” works. It will be a grid of my projects rather than a blog roll.

It took me a while to do this styling… I am content for now. I might make some minor adjustments in the future.

I’m trying to think of the all the social media that I use mainly. The ones I should bring emphasis to for when I fully launch my new site layout (which is currently activated, not entirely finished though)

The only things I can think of are:

I’ll be adding 3 more when I release URLot.us, Surklr and Account Garage (in that order)…

Hrm… feels empty. oh well.

I’ll be releasing my tumblr theme when I’m done. I don’t know what medium I’ll be releasing it in. I hate styling. This usually takes the longest for me, so I want some ROI… I’ll just plugin a “theme by” at the bottom or something and within the html comments.
my theme is nothing special though. It’s something I’ll enhance gradually over time.

Had a random yet very interesting connection with someone who was interested in my ambitions. That did soak up a lot of time, but it was good to see people have the same interests as me. It was in regards to my ambitions.

The conversation was about 2 hours+ ? Then I played minecraft :/ Woops

Need to finish my new layout.
